What is the return policy?
Because each Kalico print is produced on demand, returns or exchanges are only possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. For reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect size selection, we’re unfortunately unable to offer returns or refunds.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace or refund it.

How long does delivery take?
Production typically takes 1–2 business days, after which your order is shipped. Delivery across the EU usually takes an additional 2–4 business days. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.
Can I pick up my order from a store?
At the moment, we do not offer in-store pickup. All prints are produced on demand and shipped directly to your address.
Where are the products made?
All designs are created in our studio, and the prints are produced on demand through our printing partner. This allows us to reduce waste and ensure high-quality production.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country. For most EU destinations, shipping starts from €7.90. The exact price will be shown once you enter your address.
