Refund policy
Returns
Because all Kalico prints are made to order through our printing partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering by mistake.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace or refund it.

This allows us to review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer:

a free replacement, or

a full refund
In most cases, you will not need to return the product, as replacements are handled directly through our production partner.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Under European Union consumer law, customers may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to products that are made to order or personalized, which includes most print-on-demand products.
Since our prints are produced individually after an order is placed, they fall under this exemption.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different print or size, please place a new order through the store.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
